Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions - 4th October 2018 to 14th December 2018

1. You will be entered into the free prize draw when you complete the online entry form with Premiership Lawncare between 4th October 2018 to 14th December 2018.  Entries can also be sent in writing to the registered address
2. Winners must be over 18 years of age and reside within 20 miles of the registered address
3. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
4. There is one prize of a years worth of grass treatment  based on our Premier Package, up to a maximum of £250.00.  
5. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received at midday on  14th December 2018
6. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the draw date
7. The prize must be claimed and used, by the winner, within 6 months of the date of notification
8. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available
9. The Promoter is Premiership Lawncare, 27 Church Street, Finedon, Northants, NN9 5NA
10. Details of the winner will be available four weeks after the draw dates by sending an SAE to the Promoter
11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
12. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
13. No purchase necessary, and purchase will not enhance chance of winning
